This option is ideal if you want structured, personalized training with ongoing coaching support.
What’s included:
Detailed goal discussion including injuries or limitations, preferred training frequency and duration, and available equipment
Introductory process (in person or via a guided YouTube video series) to assess movement patterns and review resistance training fundamentals
A fully personalized training program including:
Exercise demonstrations
Prescribed sets and reps
Space to track progress
Programs updated approximately every 4 weeks
Weekly online check-ins via text or email (client’s preferred method)
Full coaching access, including the ability to send videos for movement feedback and form guidance
