This option is ideal if you want structured, personalized training with ongoing coaching support.

What’s included:

  • Detailed goal discussion including injuries or limitations, preferred training frequency and duration, and available equipment

  • Introductory process (in person or via a guided YouTube video series) to assess movement patterns and review resistance training fundamentals

  • A fully personalized training program including:

    • Exercise demonstrations

    • Prescribed sets and reps

    • Space to track progress

    • Programs updated approximately every 4 weeks

  • Weekly online check-ins via text or email (client’s preferred method)

  • Full coaching access, including the ability to send videos for movement feedback and form guidance
