I’m Coach Christina. An NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience.
As I approach 38, peri-menopause has become both personally relevant and professionally important to me.
Over the years, I’ve competed in a variety of sports including boxing, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, and currently Ultimate Frisbee to name a few.
While I still enjoy training hard, my focus has shifted toward helping women train smarter, especially through peri- to post-menopause. This stage of life can bring fatigue, stubborn fat, joint aches, hormonal shifts, and slower recovery. Often making fitness feel frustrating or confusing. My role is to make it feel clear, sustainable, and supportive again.
I believe strongly in continued education so I can meet my clients where they are.
